SPGB Meetings (1991)

Party News the November 1991 issue of the Socialist Standard

Blogger's Notes:

• The guest speaker at the Camden Town meeting, David Hines, was a longstanding SPGB sympathiser.
• I believe the video shown at the West London Branch meeting in Chiswick was mistitled in the Standard. Its actual title is 'Are You in a Bad State?' It was a film produced by the late Larry Law, who was best known for the pocket-size situationist journal, Spectacular Times. A grainy version of the video - maybe it was always grainy? - is available on YouTube.
