Sorry to be that guy, but the cynic in me thinks that you might get arrested in 2026 for shouting 'God is Dead'.
Don't quote me on this, but I think this is an original cartoon for the Socialist Standard. For a brief period in the mid-1980s there was an excellent cartoonist/illustrator in the Standard, and it wasn't the equally excellent George Meddemmen. (And Peter Rigg didn't start contributing material to the Socialist Standard until the early to mid 1990s.)
I've no idea who that illustrator/cartoonist was and, of course, it kills me not knowing.
